I am a customer and love the service. I bought a gogo unlimited pass (all airlines) this month and have found it super useful. On three flights (two AA, one DL) the service wasn't available domestically. But, I have flown DL quite a bit and the service has been generally available and good quality. The speed varies but I have streamed mlb games (using the mlb audio package) on two flights and have had no problems. I haven't tried streaming video. I love the service and, all else being equal (flight time, price, etc.), I would certainly choose a DL flight over a CO flight given the greater chance at using my gogo Internet package.
