List your best (most rewarding) usage of UA miles in F so far.

Include:
-Airline
-Route

^ Great service on-board, and what really makes it special is the fantastic LH First Class Lounge or (even slightly better, since an LH agent deals with transit/passport details) First Class Terminal in FRA. One of the best lounge experiences around, usually including a limo ride to your onward flight.

A few minor caveats to be aware of, though:
1. If on a 747, you're in the old-style 2x2 seating which doesn't afford as much privacy as a stand-alone seat/suite, so it's best if you have a travel companion.
2. LH AVOD system is kind of old and buggy, with a fairly small screen and relatively limited choices.
3. FRA can be a real hassle, so if you can do LH through much more passenger-friendly MUC (which has an FCL also) that's a better option.

As for other great routes:
1. UA F to Sydney and/or Melbourne. As always, UA service can be erratic, but the new suites are nice and it's a very long trip in which to enjoy them.
2. I've read posts in the past of people bagging SQ F on mileage awards, though certainly not on the 380 and I'm not certain that the SQ F option is still available.
3. I'd think that NH and LX F would also be great.
