Today I login to my son's account to find that indeed the miles have been credited back retroactive to the date they were originally spent. Thankfully it appears that the new mileage 2012 expiration date was not affected.
Anybody else have a similar experience? I gather any activity counts toward extending the date, even refunds?
I didn't get an email, but apparently, that's what happened to me as well. I had my email from the magazine company with the order number, but it apparently was cancelled at some point because my miles are back. So frustrating., because my miles were never extended even though they origiinally did take the 100 miles away.
