If you are a blue member it is a necessity to hover over the computer at T-24to get the seat you want. Out of habit I still do it but I don't print my boarding pass as I think its a waste of a sheet of A4 plus I don't have a printer at home so it isn't always an option anyway. And I would forget it!!
When I get to the airport I use the SSCI machines to see if a better seat is available and print the BP then.
Hasn't there been chat on here about there being more likelihood of you being off-loaded if the flight is overbooked if you haven't done OLCI or am I making that up??
