I bailed on the AC last March, and have only missed it on one occassion (coincidentally enough, waiting for a red eye at SEA, which will no longer be an option!). Oneworld Int'l access has picked up most of the slack.

However, maybe I'm living in an age of diminished expectations, but I would have few expectations of an AC employee (esp. at a station with no AA transatlantic flights) knowing the current status of soon-to-be oneworld partners, and it certainly wouldn't factor into my decision to renew or not.
