My Home base is SEA and have decided not to renew my membership for the following reasons:

1)The new hours that go into play on November 1st will have a major impact on lounge usage. Many of the flights that I take on AA are the redeye's. With the lounge now closing in the afternoon, I will not be able to use the lounge for most of my flights.
2)Biq questions on when the new lounge will open up in the new terminal. There may be a large time gap from when AA flights move over and to when the lounge will be ready.
3)Some of the SEA AC staff are way out of date. I recently stated to someone behind the desk how great it was that Swiss was going to join OW---she said I was wrong becuase Swiss went bankrupt a long time ago.
4)As an EP, I get free lounge access on all of my international flights (90% of all my AA flying).

If anyone can convince me that I should fork over another $250.00 for lounge membership please feel free to do so.
