from my experience the hotel points take 2-3 days after and the bonus points seem to take a little longer 5-7 days (was just told this morning in fact).
I did a weekend MR at the Grand Cypress to capitalize on the SUM5k, G2, and GREAT10k for a two night stay. got the hotel and DM points but still waiting on the 5k and 2k bonuses.
