OzFest8 group rates at Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza Darwin
I met with Kathryn from the Crowne Plaza Darwin today who looks after group sales so with any luck we'll have a group rate at the hotel set up in the next two weeks.
I will advise you all when this has been set up and applicable rate code to quote when making online bookings. For those who prefer to email the hotel direct, they will provide us with an email address for a central contact person in res who handles groups we can all deal with.
All guest rooms have recently been refurbished and have either one king bed or two doubles. Checkin is 1400 and checkout 1100.
People who already have bookings at the hotel can pm me with their confirmation details & I will ask the hotel to adjust the rates where necessary.
