At the end of the day, what I really care about is the product in the air. My goal is to minimize the time I spend in the terminal. I am a loyal BA-er and flew LH in First from FRA to BOS in May during the BA strike. While the lounge was quite nice I like the Concorde room better. I agree with an earlier comment, the seat was a joke and had I known it was not a true sleeper seat but rather a modern day version of the old first class seat, I would never have flown it. The food and service were both average.
