OK, so turns out the sender was "FDR Starwood", and it was a replacement Starwood AMEX that I'd requested on Friday night on the basis that my current one was occasionally failing to swipe properly.

Not exactly something that needed an express delivery, but kudos to Amex anyway for getting it out so quickly!
