Yes, the uptake rate is low. I'm not sure if that will drive the decision or not.

CO has had a number of different efforts in the works over the past two years and none of them have panned out. Whether provider problems or a general lack of expected profit from the install, it just hasn't happened. I would expect a new, coherent strategy eventually but nothing in the near future. It would suck a bit if they waited for the new LiveTV offering because of the EiS date being 2 years out, but the product is expected be much better than what's available today both in terms of cost to the consumer and performance.

Is that worth the wait? Depends on the consumer. Since I won't pay for it anyways at the current price point I'd prefer cheaper a couple years from now versus more expensive today.
