Amex Platinum beware of cancelling your card
It takes a FULL HOUR to cancel your Amex plat. They place you on hold for 50 minutes and then berate you with offers. Leaves a terrible taste in my mouth for a card that I thought was a pretty decent value.

I have now had a personal Plat and biz plat and cancelled the biz plat today ( the personal was cancelled a year ago).

I won't be going Plat again.
