1) Only 1 open-jaw allowed, but unlimited stopovers.
2) 1 stopover + 2 connections, with possible waivers for special cases like LHR or HKG which you must pass through given the carriers available in area.
3) Date changes will cost $100 per confirmed change for an award in coach. No fee for business/first.
4) Routing changes which don't involve changing stopover cities will be allowed under the same rules as (3). If you want to change the stopover cities, that's an re-issue of the ticket and is much more complicated. Some people have done it with $150 fees, others have required a new award ticket to be issued. Depends on the agent.

a) no change in carrier
b) the new route is eligible under oneWorld rules which require you fly the most direct route. [/edit]
