Is USA to CAN "international" for *G lounge access?
US *G flying SFO -- YVR in coach on AC. Can I get access to President's Club or RCC in SFO?

Put another way, does US to Canada count as "international" for the rules?

Edit -- sorry, flying on AC, not UA.
