Certainly not. Comparing LHR and MUC is not the real comparism because I do not care about the size of LHR when I change from BA to BA (or LH to bmi). You need to compare MUC T2 to LHR T5 or LHR T1. BAA (and so can't BA) can even not manage a smooth transfer from a T5 to a T5 flight without customs and passport checks. At MUC T2 a US to Germany transfer works in 20 or even lesse minutes with immiigration and customs.
