Wow thsi all makes sense now...
I booked the St regis is Rome for July 2011 and my centurion travel agent emailed me the conformations and added.

"Also, with your centurion card you also recieve and an additional $200.00 Spa or Food and Beverage Credit per room."

plus
Centurion Benefits:
Upgrade confirmed at time of booking
Buffet Breakfast each morning in hotel restaurant
85EUR food and beverage credit
4pm late check out
$200.00 Spa services or Food and Beverage Credit (based on a minimum 2 night stay)


Appears this is what this is...... for a 2 night stay at St regis....
