Agree with dcpatti, after the h-s-j promo is over, you'll need actual miles to move up to the next level, regardless of what happens between the challenge and h-s-j.

Most people are getting double PQM for any itinerary that includes on of the cities, but you have to register before booking.

And you can also get 10,000 PQM from a US credit card.

But both of these go towards your PQM for the year, so you'd need 100,000 for CP.
