I do find it odd that they would process the credit card charge last week and contact me at some later date when they have had months to do so especially seeing as my current 5 night reservation is costing me $945 as against the $2770 that they are asking for the room on www.priorityclub.com

I doubt they will want the certificate so I suppose thats a win when it comes to no points, by charging your card they must have figured you were locked in anyway and were unlikely to change.
