What's your thinking, flyinbob? Why not just go straight to the IFL for a shower and breakfast? At the IFL one can relax knowing that there is no more time pressure (ie, security) to deal with.
I've only used the Arrivals lounge at SFO on inbound AM flights, so I don't know how good the shower / breakfast service is in the IFL at that time. The Arrivals lounge is very good for shower service and a quick breakfast, so I'd do that unless you've found the IFL as good.
