I lost service within 10 minutes of paying! I'm asking for a refund. I think the flight attendants were either reading from a generic script or aren't educated.

I've actually been wondering whether this has been an issue on Canada/Hawaii/Alaska and Mexico flights flown with wifi-enabled aircraft. The flight attendants need to remind passengers that wifi is not available outside of the mainland US (not even within the state of Alaska yet).
