Lap Child intl 10% fare is 10% off full Y. Manytimes one can book a full seat restricted discount fare for not much more.

TATL flights have EU taxes and other surcharges added on to the final price. If you added your infant to your ticket or PNR you should be able to see the itemized add on when you log in to your DL SM account.
