Did you try the Missing Mileage Credit form on AA.com?
In a related note, I just completed my EXP run last week and it did take couple extra days for the final day of flying to post. I
always get mileage credited on the third morning after the flight day, but in this instance it took 5 days. I know it doesn't relate to your circumstance, but for some reason it did take longer.
