Are there any magic words to say to AAdvantage CS to get them to credit a flight segment properly? I've called now 4 times to get a PDX-DFW segment posted that I flew on 9/13.. it's my EXP qualifying segment and it stubbornly refuses to post to my account. Can they do a manual add of a segment and update the miles/qpoints? I did a 7-segment run on 9/13-9/14.. all segments have posted except for this one.
