There is an expert traveler security lane, but the tsa is good at making sure families don't get in that line. Luggage is 45 minute cutoff. One trick is to check the security lane over on the southwest airlines side of the terminal, which is to the left of the delta gate security area. Both security lanes come out in the same area and you just make sure to take the train on the right side. I fly every week out of mco and I would say an hour is go enough for the early flights.
