It really depends but if your talking about a 45 minute delay by itself you shouldn't be expecting any goodies. You might get something if you actively complain but they might mark you as a problem customer and frankly I think they might be right if its just a 45 minute delay.

You did say 'and counting' so if it becomes more serious then maybe there might be something. I had a 4 hour delay which kicked in the 3750 and I wrote in because I had a host of other issues (dl.com sending my cell a 'flt cancelled message when it was just delayed', other 1 hr + delays on the same iten, FA issues, SC not honoring a promo email on renewal - it was a fun week). They offered me 20k miles which I negotiated into a $200 ECV.
