This is a great tip that I wasn't aware of. However, as noted above, there is a gotcha side to it: After applying evips, my itinerary only shows PRINT ITINERARY and of course no ticket number.

One alternative is to forward all your bookings to TripIt and print a comprehensive itinerary - you can add the ticket number if it doesn't show up.
