Well, first of all, is it DL's fault? Mechanical or other? I had one recently listed as - "Pilot Unavailable" - got in 5 1/2 hours late. I asked for and got a $200 voucher from the RedCoat. If you're still in the airport, ask the GA or RedCoat. If it's weather, FUGEDDABOUDIT!!!
