Wow! At least for me that is a great tip! Wish I had known about it sooner.
Last June while trying to get my onward journey at DBX on RJ, after CX along with EK had messed up my ticket, the only place I could think to look was my email folder for the ticket number. To imagine that it would have been that simple to get it. @:-)
