Update: I sent an email to AX as per the advice here. Maybe it´s a coincidence, but one day later the 50K bonus points are now in my account. I can now initiate all the transfers from multiple MR and SPG accounts into my ANA account for the points needed for 2 biz class tickets to China. I need about 120K each for the distance I want to travel. Then it is on to the phone to try and book the trip which will be very complicated with 4 stopovers in China. I hope I can get the seats for next Sept. or Oct. and go on this vacation to China. It is the reason I´m trying to learn Mandarin Chinese and started taking classes.
