I just booked a trip to KL myself for November.

So am I to understand that visitors take the KLIA in from the airport, then a taxi onwards to their hotel?

I'm trying to choose between the Crowne Plaza Mutiara & Traders, BTW -- if I'm not hijacking this thread (and apologies if I am) your pick of the two would be most appreciated.
