How far is the office from the hotel? You may be able to negotiate for shuttle service with the hotel.

In my experience the cars will have minimum packages of say 4 hours. So often having them drop you and show up later may not be much cheaper. Since I don't know exactly when I'll want to leave the office I usually have the car for the whole day. It also gives me flexibility to have outside meetings come up during the day.
