yes. the rule was only rescinded for the case where you call in advance of the first unused coupon and cancel. Otherwise, outside of the "unofficial flat-tire exception" where you physically show up within 2hrs of the departure, your ticket will revert to "lose it" status...
still ridiculous, but at least reasonable as compared to use-it-lose-it...
