At least at IAD there's Vino Volo, and at SFO there are a couple of decent sources for wine by the glass. Pretty slim pickings at ORD and LAX, though. Can't speak to DEN.
There's Vino Volo in SEA too - and while SEA has the best RCC staff, the wine selection is bad. Vino Volo can be a very nice place to unwind with some good juice.
In DEN there will be a new wine bar (currently under construction) 2 levels above the train station in the UA concourse (same level as Wolfgang Pucks where the Harley store used to be). I believe it's going to be called 5280 - but not sure when it's opening.
