Can you upgrade any published fare on AA?
I have been flying Delta, they will not let you upgrade their L class fare.

Delta has told me that all domestic carriers have a similar upgrade policy of not allowing passengers (regardless of frequent flyer status) to upgrade the lowest published fare. Is this true?
