Hello,
My wife and I are flying to Paris tomorrow on AA from Chicago and I would like to know if any of you know of any mileage bonuses? Any techniques for getting an exit row? Any and all suggestions would be appreciated on the above or anything concerning Paris.

Right now seats in row 21(exit) are all taken. Seats E and G in row 20 are still available, but these are 2 of the 3 middle seats. They do offer more legroom and nobody can recline into you as they are bulkhead seats. After that the only seats showing open are in the back in the middle. F/B is almost full, so I don't think they will be upgrading too many elites that requested upgrades, which in most cases opens up some desireable seats in coach.
Good luck and have a great trip!
