That really doesn't make sense. I am not asking to check my lap child in via OLCI. I just want to check in the rest of the party and do upgrades, bags, etc. Obviously they shouldn't give me a BP for lap child until that is verified. But they wouldn't need to if they allowed OLCI for the rest of the party.
