was the taxi rebate something you asked for? or did the hotel offer? is it a diamond benefit?

Also I would mention that the lobby / check in for the hotel is not on the ground floor. And on the ground floor where you pick up your taxi is where the subway entrance is (as stated earlier - right outside the hotel)
