Thankfully not had any abuse!

Had only flown Y before 2007 and then decided to treat ourselves to CW for our honeymoon. We get to the airport for the flight back from Mauritius and the queue for Y was huge!! The looks we got as we strolled past to the premium check in were priceless. It also triggered a few other folk to try their luck - only to be turned away by the friendly attendants.

We'll happily use LCC or Y tickets for European flights however we haven't been back to Y for long haul since.
