Cathay Pacific Airways announced Wednesday it will begin codesharing with Alaska Airlines Oct. 7. Under the agreement, Cathay’s “CX” code will go on Alaska flights from Seattle and Portland to three of CX’s North American gateway cities—Los Angeles, San Francisco and Vancouver.
