I finally got *one* of my 500 miles from More.com posted by MyPoints so there is hope.
I am still working on all the others they owe me. I think it is like when we call MCI, it depends who gets your email to work on it at Mypoints. Maybe the ones that don't know what we are talking about just delete it. I have been emailing them every 4-5 days and noticed that if I do NOT use the reply function to their original email, that is when I got the points. Not sure if that matters but I thought I would mention it.
