Granted this may be circular reasoning, but why would 9W apply for approval if there was not enough demand? Italy's actually a pretty neat destination for Indian tourists - nice and warm (at least in summer in the south), and the food has enough kick enough that we don't complain too much. More seriously - business travel for the auto industry?
