Agree completely with cxn. EI is now an expensive 'low cost' airline. Should be avoided, within europe and across the atlantic at all costs. I do take them DUB-LHR but only to connect to AA - poor service, worst economy food and lack of IFE makes the connection at LHR better than a direct flight from DUB to US.
