I am flying from London to Ireland and back on Aer Lingus and am confused about what benefits are available to me being AA Platinum.

Being that Aer Lingus is part of the Oneworld Alliance, can I check in for my flights in the first or business class line? Do I have access to the airport lounges, if any?

I am getting mixed signals from Aer Lingus in both areas being that my flights are within Europe and not to the US.
