Had BIG PROBLEMS with Bonus Mail and have never been able to get them to change the account or my points over to MyPoints. They couldn't even do an e-mail change of address. Now that MyPoints has taken over BonusMail I'm still not getting any response to e-mail.

The points from "TalkCity" are posted but nothing else, and never an answer to an e-mail.

When I go to the member area of MyPoints there is an error messaage about my e-mail address. I correct it and the next time the same error message is there.

I deliberated about getting "snagged" by this again and will be interested to see if the points continue.
