Yes, I think the whole FAM family is very interested in self preservation. "Working" as a FAM must be much easier than doing a traditional law enforcement job, which requires real work and involves real danger.
Hate the system, fine. Work for change, fine. Why hate on individuals you don't know who answered a call when "our" government waved a flag and said "we need you". It is popular on FT amongst some to make FAMs out to be nothing more than lucky gutter dwellers who fell into good government jobs. I don't know you, and you certainly don't know me. So no lectures please on who or who has not done "real work", or faced "real danger".
