Now why wait a year to announce the sentences and why keep a person in a FDC for such a long time unless it is for the safety of the inmate?
He was actually up in a prison in South Carolina but was returned to the SD/FL in July to testify at his sister's sentencing hearing; however, after he was brought down, his sister's sentencing was continued several times from the original 7/23 date and it only took place last week. I imagine he will be moved again soon, finally.

THE COURT: Regarding the PSI I note that you have three children, correct?
MR. SANCHEZ: Yes.
THE COURT: By three different women?
MR. SANCHEZ: Yes.
THE COURT: Correct?
MR. SANCHEZ: Yes, sir.
THE COURT: Did you marry any of those women?
MR. SANCHEZ: No, Your Honor.
. . .
THE COURT: Are you currently paying child support for each of those kids?
MR. SANCHEZ: No, sir, Your Honor.
A little sad, actually.
