Converting Citi PremierMiles to AAdvantage/Qantas/United Mileage Plus/SPG
My daughter has about 64,000 points in Citi PremierMiles Card in Singapore that she will have to close as she’s moving out from Singapore to USA.

Can she transfer the points to a new Citibank card in the USA? Alternatively what’s the best way to convert those points to AAdvantage/Qantas/United Mileage Plus/SPG as she has memberships in those.

Citi PremierMiles Card in Singapore only has partner with KrisFlyer, Delta, TG and Asia Miles, none of those seems appealing and she doesn’t want to open another FF membership.
