For me it seems that AA is serving food in C similar to the food AA serves in First.
So AA is right.

Dont even think of comparing the AA food to food other airlines serve in F.

And: AA has 6 seats across in C on the 767. Many other airlines (like QF) have only 5 across on the long haul 767. Which makes the seat a bit small (expecially for wider persons).
