This is an interesting topic and I have some recent experiences to share.

On a recent DFW-SCL I was on the reconfigured 767 with great recline. This plane had the IFE controls in the center between the 2 seats (as usual). I also noticed the plane itself (in terms of interior anyway) had the very old looking beige (if you will) carpeting around the credenza (where the FAs will sometimes put out wine, glasses, etc.). I was told by 1 FA this is the new HNL config.

Now, switch gears to Paris. On a recent CDG-DFW (also the 2 class 767), the plane's interior was noticeably NEWER (with everything the navy blue as opposed to the tacky (my opinion anyway)beige carpeting around the credenza).

The BIG difference re: seat was that you had a remote control for the IFE, YET NO PERSONAL TV (DVD players were distributed shortly after takeoff).

This plane re: seat "toys" was VERY SIMILAR to 777 J - only no personal TVs as stated.

I had problems with lumbar support on all intls. I did this year - with the exception of my op upg to F on 777 MIA-EZE.
This plane (CDG-DFW) also had the Air Show, and the Captain periodically displayed the map. There were several overhead screens thru the cabin as opposed to the DFW-SCL plane which just has the single (outdated in my opinion) movie screen at the front of the cabin. The CDG-DFW flight also displayed connecting gate info. on approach into DFW.

As far as the recline, I guess I would have to say that I thought the recline on the DFW-SCL plane was a bit better , yet not by much.

I hope this helps.
