I used to be a very faithful AA flyer for my international business trips. The downgrading of the 767s to offer only business class drove me away--to a foreign carrier no less. AA claims now that it has increased the pitch of its business seats to 60 inches and upgraded the meals to be like those it used to offer in first. Is this true? Can you recline the seats to nearly horizontal and sleep???? For those who flew AA a lot, how does the new business class compare to what they used to offer on the 767-300 before they converted to those wonderful fully flat seats with the wall behind them (that they now have torn out). Is the business class service really a quality product now or is it as junky as it used to be on the old 3 class aircraft? Thanks for your reports.
